At the end of the session students should be able to:
·         Identify Numbers 1-5
·         Count up to 5 objects sequentially
·         Trace the Numbers 1-5 with their fingers

INTRODUCTORY ACTIVITY TO THE LEARNING OBJECTIVES

FIVE LITTLE DUCKS
Five little ducks went swimming one day,
Over the pond and far away.
Mummy duck said "Quack, quack, quack,quack.
But only four little ducks came swimming back
then:
Four little ducks,
Three little ducks,
Two little ducks,
One little duck.
No little ducks went swimming one day,
Over the pond and far away.
Mummy duck said "Quack, quack, quack, quack"
And all the little ducks came back.

HOT CROSS BUNS
Hot cross buns! hot cross buns!
One a penny, two a penny,
Hot cross buns!
Give them to your daughters,
